St. Joseph Parish will encourage liturgical experiences that will deepen the sacramental life of parishioners.

Rationale
One of the primary missions of the church is to deepend the faith life of parishioners. The goal and action steps (strategies) are to offer Mass and expriences that are meaningful to attendees, to encourage each person's role as a disciple.

St. Joseph Parish will offer outreach opportunities to the Body of Christ, serving one another as a community to face the needs of the world.

Rationale
Service to others should be an active part of parishioners' lives. Making people more aware of community and world needs and how to serve will grow the vitality of individuals and the church.

St. Joseph Parish will expand faith formation initiaives and participation of members through training and programs to live as disciples.

Rationale
Building on the faith formation program for all life stages will enhance the faith life of parishioners. The church will grow in its vitality through the actions of parishioners.
