Pictured above with Archbishop Michael Jackels is Kandi DeShaw and Alex Hawkins following the Rite of Election at the Cathedral of St. Raphael in Dubuque.  Kandi and Alex joined the Elect, became Candidates for Confirmation, and were subsequently received into the Catholic Church at Easter 2020.
