  Liturgies of Vespers as well as the installation Mass will be live streamed on the Archdiocesan web page since space will not allow all who might wish to be able to attend. Visit https://dbqarch.org/live-broadcasts to watch.
  
  Archbishop-Elect Zinkula will lead a vesper service on Tuesday evening, October 17 at 6:30 at the Cathedral. It is open to the public.
  
  The installation will take place on Wednesday, October 18 at 2:00pm at Nativity Parish in Dubuque because it seats more people than the Cathedral. The Papal Nuncio will be present to present the papal proclamation naming him Archbishop when he officially becomes our Archbishop. Because of the anticipated number of attendees, invitations are being sent to various representative groups which include tickets to be used by the recipient or returned if not able to attend. Each parish will receive two complementary tickets.
